Maintenance Tech

Hydro is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Tech to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive troubleshooting for electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Interpret complex hydraulic, electrical schematics, and mechanical blueprints to diagnose issues.
• Identify and manage stored energy, strictly adhering to all Lockout/Tag-out procedures and company safety policies.
• Observe and analyze the operation of mechanical equipment, including presses, saws, and other supporting machinery, to proactively identify and troubleshoot potential problems.
• Collaborate effectively with the operations team to gain in-depth understanding of equipment functionality.
• Inspect components and parts to assess dimensional changes and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Adjust and optimize the functional parts of devices and control instrumentation for peak performance.
