Dana is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair machinery and equipment with minimal supervision, ensuring safety protocols are followed and referring to technical schematics. Perform electrical work and electronic component replacements as required by the task and training. Confirm equipment functionality and maintain a clean, safe work area upon completion.
  • Respond to maintenance supervisor or support team requests, setting task priorities to ensure maximum equipment uptime and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain a complete and functional set of tools, including calipers, dial indicators, electrical meters, and diagnostic equipment. Use these tools to identify problem areas, execute repairs, and ensure components meet print tolerances and industry standards.
  • Take part in preventive and predictive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and minimize downtime. Proactively suggest enhancements or changes to maintenance procedures when necessary.
  • Adhere to specific work instructions related to preventive maintenance, process improvements, equipment installation, and repair or refurbishment tasks as outlined by the maintenance team.
