Shifts Available and Hours: Night shift (7.00 PM – 3.00 AM)
Shift Premium: Nightshift - $1.50/hour extra

Job Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the material distribution/relocation utilizing mobile equipment (forklifts, overhead cranes) to meet KPI goals (production, safety, quality)
- Operates equipment in compliance with safety guidelines
- Responsible for the inspection of the forklift to ensure it is in safe operating condition
- Visually inspect loads for quality of product, correct packaging, and correct identification tags
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Assist in production operations as needed
- Check the schedule (from the master schedule book) for due dates, proper papers, and material ready to move to the next machine or process
- Ensure racks, skids, and baskets are ready for operators
- Visually inspect loads for quality of product, correct packaging, and correct identification tags
- Check other areas for material ready for other departments
- Ensure operators have signed Router & Tally sheets
- Enter orders on production status reports
- Transport material to a proper area with the proper paperwork
- Empty scrap and chip hoppers as needed
- Observe all safety rules and maintain a clean work area
- Be responsible for minor maintenance on forklift, brakes, horn, fluid levels, and general condition.
- Ensure completion of the lift truck operator's daily/weekly inspection report
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Ability to work with limited instructions
- Ability to function successfully in a fast-paced, changing work environment
- Must have the ability to communicate (both written & verbal)
- Work well with all employees at all levels, willing to learn new processes, and work with limited supervision.
- Must have a positive attitude and friendly personality
