Forklift (Heavy-duty) Service Representative

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to ensure that our dealer network has warranty information, service and repair to the product.
• Support our internal warranty processing, by providing the necessary technical support, or by processing the claims if needed.  
• Develop training curriculum and product information that is consistent with our dealer expectations.
• Coordinate support through communication with the Factory Product Engineering, Parts, Warranty, and Technical Publications departments.
• Investigate and communicate through the problem solving and quality concern process with our cross-functional team for permanent corrective action resolution.
• Plan, execute and manage the quality support activities at our customer locations such as sort and containment disposition activities, data collection and analysis, etc.
