Forklift Technician

Responsibilities:

• Serves current and new accounts by diagnosing, servicing and repairing forklift trucks
• Testing and fixing problems
• Establishes service by studying system requirements, ordering and gathering components and parts, and completing installations
• Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions, and suggesting improved methods and techniques
• Keeps personal and company equipment in working order by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventative maintenance; and calling for repairs
• Documents service and installation action by completing forms, reports and logs
