Maintenance Engineer-Electrical

Danfoss is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer-Electrical to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for dedicated professionals.  The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Equipment Maintenance and Repair:
o Accountable for the preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of all production equipment belonging to the company to ensure stable equipment operation and increase efficiency in production.
o Prepare annual PM plans and lead the team into executing the plan on time in an effort to prevent equipment failures.
o Monitor the operating status of all equipment closely and identify equipment that are likely to fail.

2. Fault Diagnosis and Troubleshooting:
o Timely respond to equipment fault alarms. Apply your authentic knowledge and skills to connection diagnose faults, develop and execute an effective repair plan to restore the equipment back to operation.
o Seek to eliminate reoccurring faults by analysing the underlying causes of all failures and give improvement suggestions back to operations in terms of: changing equipment designs, changing maintenance activity or spare parts.
o Prepare detailed fault analysis reports for all fault symptoms, the diagnostic process, the outcome of repairs, and the preventive.

3. Technical Support and Training:
o Assist in troubleshooting the equipment issues during production that inhibits production efficiency and productivity.
o Organise and/or participate in equipment operation and maintenance training including new hire orientation and in repeat training courses to help the team improve equipment management.
o Prepare documents such as an equipment inspection SOP and a maintenance SOP to provide operators and maintenance personnel with a reference.
