Collaborate with the regional teams to meet the product lines' financial goals by implementing global insights and actions to boost revenue or margins. In collaboration with regional PLM teams, spearhead projects, new product launches, and efficiency gains that enhance the global hose portfolio's financial stability.
Create, communicate, own, and implement the global product line strategies, which include outlining the product roadmaps, important global strategic projects, and plans for the lines' overall expansion. To guarantee that the necessary capacity and investments are made in the appropriate places to enable the desired growth, define the growth elements in the Long Range Financial Forecast (LRFF).
