Powe Pro Equipment is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Welder/ Hydraulic Cylinder Service Technician to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for dedicated professionals.  The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.

Welding Components of Hydraulic Cylinders – Required Skill for this Position

  • Level of welding skill can be at proficient or master level in MIG, FLUX CORE, STICK, and TIG with all metals
    Uses welding processes for joining base plates, cross tubes, port blocks and rod end to cylinder tubes and rods.
  • Welds attachments and components according to drawings.
  • Able to fab fixtures for complex assemblies if needed.
    Knowledge and experience using precision tools/applications associated with hydraulic cylinders fabrication and assembly.
  • Knowledge and experience welding to tolerance specifications for hydraulic cylinders.
