Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of hydraulic systems for compact wheel loaders, from initial concept through to final documentation release.
  • Translate machine specifications into clear, actionable hydraulic system requirements and ensure proper documentation.
  • Configure, calibrate, and integrate hydraulic functions seamlessly into the vehicle architecture.
  • Conduct and document risk assessments, including Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
  • Assist in prototype assembly and support the fine-tuning of hydraulic functions directly on the machine.
  • Optimize component selection with a focus on quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
