Excavator Operator

Keeley Construction seeks a skilled and experienced Excavator Operator to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about operating and repairing a wide range of heavy-duty equipment used in environmental services. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain excavators and other heavy equipment to perform digging, grading, trenching, and site preparation activities in support of construction projects.
• Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently; report any malfunctions or safety concerns to the maintenance team immediately.
• Coordinate with crew members to ensure excavation tasks are completed in alignment with project plans, timelines, and safety requirements.
• Operate additional machinery, including backhoes, bulldozers, and skid steers, as needed to support various site operations.
• Adhere strictly to Keeley Construction’s safety policies and procedures; complete incident reports when required, and actively participate in safety meetings and ongoing training.
• Maintain detailed records of equipment use, daily work activities, and task progress, ensuring full compliance with safety and environmental standards.
