Responsibilities:

• Maintains relationships with clients through offering support, service information, and guidance while also researching and suggesting solutions
• Finds improvements to products or new products through staying current with industry trends, market activity, and the competition
• Maintains high-quality service by establishing and enforcing the standards of the organization
• Keeps up-to-date with technical and professional knowledge by participating in factory-based training.
• Contributes to team efforts by achieving the results required
• Responsible for the troubleshooting, repair, and reconditioning of construction, highway, and municipal equipment and its related components
• Always present an attractive image of the company by appearance, uniforms, and personal conduct, as well as in the language and when driving a company vehicle.
