Manufacturing Engineer

TechnipFMC is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for dedicated professionals.  The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Developing, updating, and maintaining process routings, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions for seals manufacturing.
• Tracking production hours and modifying process plans to address conflicts and bottlenecks.
• Developing and maintaining PFMEA for Seals manufacturing processes.
• Leading or participating in process improvement and Lean Manufacturing activities aimed at improving safety, quality, cost, and productivity.
• Analyzing production data to find root causes of downtime, defects, and inefficiencies, and implementing corrective actions.
• Designing tools and fixtures for the shop floor.
• Supporting equipment selection, workstation layout, and tooling decisions to improve throughput and ergonomics.
• Providing hands on technical support for operators and technicians on the shop floor.
