Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Intralox is actively seeking a skilled and experienced mechanical maintenance technician to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for dedicated professionals. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of our operations. 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain production molds in a safe, reliable, and ready-to-run condition to support continuous production.
• Receive and review information from the previous shift and ensure a smooth and effective handover to the next shift.
• Troubleshoot mold-related mechanical and performance issues, identify potential problems early, and take corrective action to prevent production downtime.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and evaluate critical mold components, including both new and used parts, to identify wear, damage, defects, or other issues.
• Review planned and unplanned mold maintenance work, prioritize tasks based on production needs and urgency, and complete high-priority work efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with production and maintenance teams through email, radio, and work-order comments to provide updates, coordinate activities, and document important information.
• Fabricate and repair hydraulic shafts, hoses, and other mold-related components as required to support production and maintenance activities.
• This is a hands-on, on-site position that requires the employee to work at the facility and respond directly to mold and production needs.
