Responsibilities:

  • Perform complex mechanical maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on aerospace machinery and systems in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and support junior technicians by providing technical guidance and sharing mechanical maintenance expertise.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Operations teams to optimize maintenance procedures and support ongoing engineering projects.
  • Analyze technical data, maintenance records, and engineering documentation to identify opportunities for improving mechanical systems and maintenance procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and findings using internal reporting systems.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, equipment reliability, and workplace safety.
  • Ensure strict compliance with occupational health and safety requirements, company procedures, and aerospace industry standards.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by identifying potential hazards and supporting safe working practices across the maintenance team.
