Field Service Technician

Liebherr is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join their dynamic team. The selected candidate will ensure the fleet operates at peak performance, directly contributing to safety, efficiency, and sustainability in daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, examine, and identify Liebherr equipment and its components, including pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical engines, gearbox/drive train, etc., to solve moderate to difficult issues
• Perform new and used machinery preparation, scheduled maintenance, repair, or overhaul, usually requiring component replacement, commissioning, and adjustment of mechanical/hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic equipment, including warranty upgrades
• Repair and refurbish parts and equipment according to the requirements specified. Perform pre-delivery checks of equipment, as well as new and used equipment preparation
• Sometimes, you should perform maintenance on Liebherr equipment as instructed, such as fluid checks and sampling, as well as oil and filter checks and changing lubricants, replacement of filters, grease points on the machine, and so on.
• Assist in ensuring that components, materials, or equipment are inspected and adjusted to the specifications, and that timely delivery schedules are met
• Verify that all final verifications stated in the work instructions, details of the work to be done, communication verbally, and specifications are completed.
• Timely and accurate reporting and submission of technical documents, including service reports
• Maintain and operate equipment, tools, and work areas according to the company's policy
• Assistance in repairs/work to the shop when requested
• Other tasks as required
