Field Service Technician

Liebherr is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities:

• Works on customer equipment on the job and at the repair workshop.
• Maintains and operates electric or hand tools that are powered by air.
• Assists with testing and commissioning of equipment.
• Performs pre-start checks and makes sure that the product is in good condition for starting up.
• Quality standards are met with no supervision and with the minimum amount of work rework.
• Uses overhead cranes and forklifts when needed.
• Maintains standards of quality through physical and visual inspection techniques.
• Work safely and in compliance with established safety guidelines and encourage safety-conscious work practices.
• Manages and removes hazardous wastes like antifreeze, oil, transmission fluid, auto parts cleaner, and similar substances.
• Troubleshooting using electrical or hydraulic schematics.
• Completes repair receipts that show the work done and any follow-ups required.
• Contacts with customers.
