• Maintains contact with clients by providing support, service, advice, and information while also researching and suggesting solutions
• Finds improvements to products or new products by staying current with industry trends such as market activities and market trends.
• Maintains high-quality service by establishing and enforcing the standards of the organization
• Keeps up-to-date with technical and professional knowledge through factory-based training.
• Contributes to teamwork by achieving the results required
• Responsible for the troubleshooting, repair, and reconditioning of construction, highway, and municipal equipment and its related components
• Always strive to portray an image of professionalism with respect to appearance, uniform, and personal conduct, as well as in the language, and when operating a company car
