 Responsibilities:

• Maintains contact with clients by offering support, service, and information while also researching and suggesting solutions
• Finds improvements to products or new products by staying up-to-date on trends in the industry, such as market activity, product launches, and the competition
• Provides quality service by setting and enforcing the standards of the organization
• Maintains technical and professional expertise by participating in factory-based training.
• Contributes to teamwork by achieving related results when required
• Responsible for the troubleshooting, repair, and refurbishing of municipal, construction, and highway-related heavy equipment, as well as its related components
• Always present an image of professionalism with respect to appearance, uniform, or personal language as well as when driving a company vehicle.
