AECOM is actively seeking a skilled and experienced hydraulic modeling engineer to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for dedicated professionals. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and assess hydraulic solutions to address network constraints and support the growth of individual and multiple developments, while ensuring alignment with long-term network plans.
  • Carry out hydraulic and hydrologic calculations and modelling to assess network capacity, performance, and potential constraints.
  • Prepare clear and concise technical reports, presentations, and other project documentation to communicate modelling results and recommendations effectively.
  • Support the collection, review, and quality assurance of model data and inputs, including assisting with model calibration and validation.
  • Work closely with engineers, planners, GIS specialists, project managers, and other stakeholders to coordinate technical requirements and deliver project objectives.
  • Ensure hydraulic assessments and designs comply with relevant standards, regulations, industry best practices, and client requirements.
  • Contribute to improving modelling processes, technical methodologies, and team workflows, supporting innovation and the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.
