Lead Hydraulic Hose Technician

ARNOLD MACHINERY COMPANY is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Hydraulic Hose Technician to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of hydraulic hose systems.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Replace, repair, and fabricate hydraulic hoses and fittings according to customer requirements and specifications.
• Operate and maintain a fully equipped mobile service vehicle for field-based hydraulic repairs.
• Deliver professional, responsive customer service and communicate service findings clearly.
• Maintain accurate inventory of tools, hoses, fittings, spare parts, and service supplies.
• Diagnose hydraulic system issues, including pressure loss, leaks, performance problems, and component failures.
• Accurately document service activities, repairs performed, and parts or materials used.
• Advise customers on proper hydraulic system maintenance, preventive measures, and best operating practices.
• Adhere to all company, site, and industry health and safety procedures while performing field service work.
• Stay updated on the latest hydraulic technologies, equipment, products, and repair techniques.
• Respond to emergency and after-hours service calls when required to minimize customer downtime.
