Maintenance Technician 2nd shift

Opmobility is actively seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance technician (2nd shift) to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for dedicated professionals. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of our operations. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventive and predictive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility equipment.
• Repair and troubleshoot pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Assist in PLC troubleshooting as well as basic programming tasks.
• Assist in maintenance of robotic equipment and ensure the proper operation of production lines.
• All maintenance and repair tasks for the facility, including plumbing, carpentry, and painting as well as general maintenance.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activity, including downtime and work orders.
• Participate in problem-solving tasks that concern quality and safety as well as efficiency of the equipment.
• Modifications and enhancements to support equipment to increase safety as well as quality and productivity.
• Be sure to comply with the five-sigma standards and safety rules and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Take part in the audits, and make sure you are compliant with IATF ISO 16949 and ISO 14001 and other standards applicable to your business.
