Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer

CBRE is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer to join their dynamic team. The selected candidate will ensure the fleet operates at peak performance, directly contributing to safety, efficiency, and sustainability in daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on building equipment and plant services.
• Find and control the risks, review technical drawings, and increase the performance of machinery.
• Perform fault-finding as well as preventative maintenance of all kinds of machines.
• Support technical issues with heavy industrial machinery and overhead cranes.
• Use 3-phase system (up to 440 volts) Motors, gearboxes, and valves, as well as hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Make use of the mobile device and other CAFM equipment for managing and finishing maintenance tasks.
• Contact the site service to address issues related to construction.
• Assist the Shift Leader in their absence and assist with Departmental Health and Safety initiatives.
• You must be available for overtime even on weekends and nights when needed.
