Service Engineer

NOV is actively seeking a skilled and experienced service engineer to join their dynamic team. The selected candidate will ensure the fleet operates at peak performance, directly contributing to safety, efficiency, and sustainability in daily operations.
Responsibilities: 

• Serve as the main technical point of contact between the customer and NOV management during offshore service assignments.
• Attend pre-job meetings and post-job debriefings with NOV supervisors and customer representatives to review work scope, safety requirements, and job progress.
• Prepare clear and accurate service reports, including details of work carried out, equipment condition, faults identified, troubleshooting performed, and recommendations.
• Provide feedback to improve service procedures, work instructions, checklists, and maintenance practices based on field experience.
• Work closely with NOV engineering and technical support teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of NOV products.
• Follow NOV and customer Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements, offshore safety procedures, permit-to-work systems, and applicable site regulations.
• Keep up to date with new NOV products, equipment technologies, technical updates, and improved service and maintenance methods.
• Maintain a professional relationship with customers and provide reliable technical support while representing NOV positively in the field.
