Team Lead Maintenance Tech

Eaton is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Team Lead Maintenance Tech to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities:

• Install machines or other items that are needed at the factory or site.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance activities on machines/equipment at the factory or site.
• Troubleshoot and Repair Machines and Equipment at The Factory/site.
• Keep Equipment Logs or Maintenance Documentation Updated and Recorded Properly.
• Assign Jobs to Members of Maintenance Staff and Provide Technical Support.
• Report on Current Status of Equipment from the Plant.
  Attend all LMX3 Meetings and Gembas.
• Contribute and Participate in Closing of MESH_ Prisms Work Orders.
• Follow and comply with all Safety Requirements and ensure all maintenance staff complies.
• Assume Ownership of the MESH Element to which you are assigned in support of the Safety and Environmental Programs in Place at the site.
• Coordinate the Flow of Work between Maintenance Staff on a Day to Day Basis and Receive Operations Leader Requirements for Priority Purpose as well as Operators for Equipment Issue Resolution.
• Provide Coaching/Awareness for Employees on Work Performance, Attendance, Communication, etc.
• Perform Other Duties as assigned by Your Supervisor.
