Essential Duties, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities

• Set up and run sheet metal machines with limited supervision to process and manufacture products to in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.
• Load and unload material by changing tooling and selecting machine programs as necessary.
• Inspect and keep the press brake operational equipment in conformance with safety requirements.
• Address all safety concerns prior to starting the operation.
• Manage production runs to ensure that customer orders are completed on time to keep machine run-time and productivity as high as possible.
• Maintain and manage machine and tooling cleanliness and condition.
• Inspect all produced parts in accordance with work in process inspection and engineering specifications.
