Controls Technician / Maintenance Technician

Hitachi is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Controls Technician / Maintenance Technician to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional. Essential Functions:

• Perform emergency and unscheduled repairs on production equipment during operations, and conduct scheduled maintenance during planned service periods.
• Prepare, set up, and adjust machinery for scheduled production runs to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on production machinery.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain equipment by identifying defects and replacing faulty components to restore proper functionality.
• Modify machine tools as needed to meet specific operational requirements.
• Operate various machine tools to fabricate replacement parts, using technical drawings or original components to determine precise dimensions.
