Tesla is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.

What You’ll Do

Provide daily support for production line equipment by promptly responding to alarms, breakdowns, and production team requests to reduce downtime.
Troubleshoot equipment issues, identify root causes, and clearly document and communicate the corrective actions to the team.
Proactively update and enhance preventive maintenance (PM) procedures and schedules in coordination with the Maintenance Supervisor and Team Leads.
Execute major equipment repairs and overhauls, including during weekends and holidays when necessary.
Effectively utilize manufacturing systems such as MES, spare parts inventory, and issue tracking tools to support maintenance operations.
