Diesel Technician

Briggs is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Diesel Technician to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for dedicated professionals.  The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Diagnose and repair equipment, to include diesel engines, electric motors, transmissions, drive axles, differentials, hydraulic systems, brake systems, steering systems, electrical systems, lifting systems, etc. 
• Safely and efficiently perform all work as directed and in accordance with all applicable performance, maintenance and safety regulations 
• Properly block, chock and chain the equipment per the Company’s safety guidelines, disassemble equipment as directed in order to facilitate major component removal and repair, 
• Perform routine and operational maintenance to keep the equipment running according to manufacturer’s specifications
