Donaldson is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.

Responsibilities:

Quickly identify and resolve equipment issues to reduce production downtime.
Troubleshoot and repair plant equipment and systems, including pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components.
Maintain and carry out preventive maintenance (PM) tasks as part of the Preventive Maintenance Program.
Ensure work areas are clean and organized by completing 6S housekeeping duties before the end of each shift.
Offer guidance and training to team members on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
