Field Service Technician

Hiab is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join their dynamic team. Main responsibilities and duties

Technical and Product knowledge

• To keep up with technical changes from service bulletins and attend technical courses as directed by District Service Manager relevant to equipment
  To be aware of applicable equipment technical specifications

Managing the Customer

• To respond to Customer as directed by the District Service Manager in order to gain maximum customer satisfaction
  To follow Hiab Customer Satisfaction Guidelines 

Risk Management

• To protect self and others
• To always follow applicable safety rules, agreed working practices and environmental legislation 
• To inform District Service Manager if the safety of the equipment is compromised for any reason
• To operate assigned service vehicle in accordance with Hiab driving policy and applicable state/federal laws
• To maintain assigned service vehicle to manufacturer specifications with assistance from fleet management company
• To respect and protect Hiab and third party's property (tools, vehicles, facilities, equipment) and business operations
