Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Field Service Technician to join our Langley-based team. In this hands-on role, you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain hydraulic systems and components at customer sites throughout the Lower Mainland and surrounding areas. You'll work on everything from cylinders and pumps to hydraulic power units, valves, and custom systems. You would join a team of 10 service technicians, and inhouse engineers to support customers operations and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to customer sites for service calls, troubleshooting, and repairs of hydraulic systems
    Perform maintenance and commissioning of hydraulic equipment
  • Work on power units, pumps, valves, actuators, and hose assemblies
  • Provide technical support and solutions in-field with professionalism
  • Complete service reports, time sheets, and documentation accurately
  • Maintain company tools, service truck, and equipment
    Collaborate with inside sales, engineering, and parts team to support customers

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years experience in hydraulic repair, industrial service, or mobile equipment maintenance
    Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
    Familiarity with hydraulic schematics and system flow paths
  • Valid driver’s license and clean abstract
    Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
  • Safety-focused with strong problem-solving skills
    Millwright, heavy-duty mechanic, or hydraulic tech background considered an asset
