Field Technician

Komatsu is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Field Technician to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete jobs and tasks according to flat rate times and the re-do metric.
• Work safely and adhere to all KEC/Customer safety policies and procedures.
• Complete paperwork and access databases that are necessary to perform the job (work order, parts order, JSA, DBS, SIMS, SIS web, STW) accurately and in a timely manner
  adhere to contamination control and HAZMAT requirements.
• Remove and install parts, disassemble, and assemble, test and adjust, with little supervision.
• Able to provide accurate quoting and pricing estimates to customers.
• Diagnosing problems, troubleshooting and making recommendations for repairs.
• Test and verify proper operation of all repairs and adjustments to the equipment.
• Apply general failure analysis to determine proper diagnosis and procedures.
