Responsibilities:

Assign work to complete the machine's construction or maintenance work
Electrical, Mechanical, and Hydraulic diagnosis and repairs
Give advice and direction to customers and technicians as necessary
Control of quality for all work done in the workshop
Documentation for repair and service work
Develop and coach apprentices as well as technicians.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers
Prove safety leadership
