Field Service Technician, Mining Equipment

Liebherr is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician, Mining Equipment, to join their dynamic team. The selected candidate will ensure the fleet operates at peak performance, directly contributing to safety, efficiency, and sustainability in daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, check, and identify Liebherr equipment and its components, including pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical engines, gearbox/drive train, etc., to solve moderate to difficult issues
• Perform new and used machinery preparation, scheduled maintenance, repair, or overhaul, usually requiring component replacement, commissioning, and adjustment of mechanical/hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic equipment, including warranty upgrades
• Repair and refurbish equipment components and systems in accordance with the instructions and requirements are
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections of equipment, as well as new and used equipment preparation
• It is recommended to periodically perform maintenance on Liebherr equipment as instructed, such as fluid checks and sampling inspections of the filter and oil, as well as changing the lubricants used, replacing the filter and grease points on the machine, and so on.
• Check that components, materials, or equipment are inspected and corrected according to specifications, and are delivered on time. Plans are completed
• Verify that all final verifications stated in work instructions, the scope of work, communication, verbal, and specifications are executed and are complete
• Rapid and accurate reporting and submission of technical documents, including service reports
• Maintain and operate equipment, tools, and work areas in line with the company's policy
• Repairs and support in the Shop when requested
• Other tasks as required
