Service Supervisor

Komatsu is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Service Supervisor to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities:

• Develops and maintains repair plans for all personnel on a daily on a daily.
• The work order is created and supervises the order of required components and materials. sends all necessary information to the service manager for the closing of work orders and for invoicing as per the company's policy.
• Communicates with Customers regularly through providing estimates for repairs and change recommendations, as well as schedules and completion dates, and obtaining customer approval for all of the above.
• Assumes the responsibility of receiving, preparing, and delivering conditions on all brand new machinery and keeping all records required. Informs the sales department of the current conditions and status.
• Repair estimates, changes, recommendations, schedules, and completion dates, and get approval for all of these in the sales Dept. Responsible for the reception, delivery, and maintenance (upon arrival) of the rental units.
• Communicates and schedules with outside vendors, manufacturers, as well as other Manufacturer Personnel, in relation to maintenance, repairs, or services of equipment.
• Supervises the Maintenance of Shops, Bays, Trucks, as well as Component Overhaul and Test Spaces for Cleanliness and Safety.
• The responsibility is assigned to the special tooling condition Maintenance and updates.
• Responsible for the maintenance of failed components removed from all machines, whether internal or customer, or warranty repairs, within the company's rules.
