ProFrac is actively seeking a skilled, experienced Field Technical Advisor to join its dynamic team. The selected candidate will ensure the fleet operates at peak performance, directly contributing to safety, efficiency, and sustainability in daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and record engineering, operations, and safety compliance with compliance requirements, corporate directives, processes, procedures, and policies at assigned District Sites.  
  • Provide assistance to the operations on pre-job rig up, pre-job rig up quality control testing, job material inventory, job setup assistance, and reviewing job equipment layout for compliance with customers’ expectations of fleet operation.  
  • Conduct a daily operational audit of the location and, when necessary, provide the job completion success assessment for a crew and crew supervisor on completing the scheduled work.  
  • Provide coordination of technical equipment to ensure proper operation and maintenance schedule on all technical equipment based on the manufacturer’s recommendation.  
  • Train and coach field operations personnel on the use of computer software, new technologies, and new/improved equipment related to the monitoring/evaluation of well stimulation services.  
  • Perform all assigned monitoring of injection rates and pressures on a real-time basis, ensure proper quality control and development of the services provided, complete post-job assessments, evaluations, recommendations, analyses, and reports.  
  • Coordinate with the NOC on the design, testing, results, and implementation of technical equipment and efficiency-enhancement projects.  Provide all field findings reports to the NOC and management, and provide recommendations for improvements for the next generation of technical equipment utilized in well stimulation services.  
  • As necessary, perform real-time monitoring and evaluation of well stimulation services performed for customers.
