Pirtek is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Hydraulic Field Service Technician to join their dynamic team. The selected candidate will ensure the fleet operates at peak performance, directly contributing to safety, efficiency, and sustainability in daily operations.
The primary responsibility will be to offer a professional On-site Hose Replacement Service to customers at Pirtek. This task will also include participating in a 24 hr ‘on-call’ rota with other franchise technicians.
As part of this role, the candidate will be required to proactively promote Pirtek products and services to existing and potential customers within their defined geographical territory.
The candidate will be expected to work in accordance with the highest levels of health and safety practice, including mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment where required.
The daily Operations of a Mobile Sales and Service Unit (MSSU) to include:
Maintaining appropriate stock levels within the MSSU as prescribed by the franchise or support centre supplied stock list.
Conduct routine maintenance checks to meet the needs of the MSSU defect checklist
Ensure the MSSU is kept clean and tidy both inside and outside.
Manage all Pirtek-supplied documentation while serving within the MSSU, including technical and procedural updates.
Provide assistance and support to the Centre personnel within the franchise as and when required.
Attend Pirtek Training Courses, as requested by management.
Exhibit/perform good personal presentation and adhere to Pirtek policies and procedures.
