Field Service Technician

Hytorc is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join their dynamic team. Core Duties and Responsibilities:

• Traveling within your territory to solicit and perform customers repair and calibration needs, and provide technical consultation on our products. Make initial contact with prospective customers for new business.
• Using your technical experience along with company training, support the customer by recognizing their needs and issues and troubleshoot and maintain mechanical, hydraulic and manual tools, pumps and equipment.
• Maintain company processes and procedures and safety standards in your daily activities for scheduled repairs and calibrations, cold-calling prospective customers and other assigned territory work as needed by the Service Manager.
• Cooperative communication with your Service Manager regarding reporting on schedule updates, completed tasks and activities and market and activity reports on your weekly accomplishments.
• Work with your Service Manager, the service team, engineers and customers on the growing repairing requirements from day to day.
• Work towards achieving the goals and key performance indicators set by your Service Manager.
  Support territory managers as needed in the development of sales and service opportunities.
• Perform tool safety decaling and safe operating features inspection and maintain an up to date schedule and record of maintenance.
