Forklift Operator

Ball is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Forklift Operator to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about maintaining and repairing a wide range of heavy-duty lifting equipment used in different services. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to their operations' safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Every shift check Fork Truck for water, oil, gas ,tyres, steering, hydraulics, brakes, lights, forks and mast, and report any faults to the Engineering Department.
• Loading and unloading of all materials and goods utilized in the plant. Run the associated tracking system.
• Supply presses with both end and tab coils, off-load and weigh any H.F.I coils
• Replace bulk tank ISOPAL Alcohol as necessary.
• Run the stretch wrap machine to wrap all completed pallets.
• Filling LPG tank as needed.
• Running upender stripping all banding and wrapping off coils.
• Working under the plant safety regulations, specifically regarding forklift safety.
• Filling and emptying balancers to maintain the production process.
• Moving part pallets and HFI pallets to storage locations.
