Hydraulic Design Engineer - Commercial Trucks

Responsibilities: 

• Design and develop hydraulic system for chassis manufacturing equipment
• Create hydraulic schematics and circuit diagrams.
• Choose components such as valves, pumps, cylinders, and actuators
• Calculate pressure, flow, system performance, and load
• Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting hydraulic systems on the shop floor
• Collaboration with the manufacturing, maintenance, and design teams is required for system integration
• Existing hydraulic systems can be improved for cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and reliability.
• Safety standards and regulatory requirements must be met.
• Working with suppliers and vendors for component development and sourcing
• Prepare technical manuals and reports
