Hydraulic Specialist

Thompson is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Hydraulic Specialist to join their dynamic team. The selected candidate will ensure the fleet operates at peak performance, directly contributing to safety, efficiency, and sustainability in daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• To perform minor repairs using proper tools, techniques and procedures
• To requisition and return parts for assigned jobs in a timely manner
• Ability to perform the following tasks on basic components in the field including hydraulic cylinder, pumps, motors, valves, and electrical components: remove and install; disassemble and assemble; perform minor adjustments
• Perform rebuilds in accordance with factory standards
• Demonstrate proper use of service info systems
  Participate in field service as a helper to experienced Technician as required
• Adhere and make sure you are following all of the safety standards/procedures required and applicable
• Work independently in the field as required
