Material Handler

Danfoss is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Material Handler to join their dynamic team.

The selected candidate will ensure the fleet operates at peak performance, directly contributing to safety, efficiency, and sustainability in daily operations.

• A certified ability to safely operate a forklift is required. 
•  Safety records will be considered when hiring for Material Handler positions.
• Ability to operate a pushcart to retrieve parts from shelving units and deliver to area of need.
• Ability to Pack Parcel - maneuver completed packages to the right skid.
• Regularly able to work with Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word and Excel as well as ERP systems like SRP.
• Regularly read and interpret safety rules, use proper operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Regularly add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Compute rate, ratio, and percent; draw and interpret bar graphs.
• Regularly expected to use common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Expected to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Expected to develop a strong quality mindset while receiving materials for production, evaluating the safety of all materials, how to handle materials and lastly the best way to deliver materials.
