American Trim is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Material Handler (2nd Shift) to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about maintaining and repairing equipment used in environmental services. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.

What is the job?:

  • Moving parts in/out of the rack system to facilitate manufacturing and record these moves, in/out of rack locations in the computer (QAD).
  • Daily review the inventory accuracy of the rack system to ensure the entire system is physically inventoried weekly.
    Review supporting location, if needed, to be sure inventory is accurate.
  • Create shipping manifests (i.e., bill of lading, packing lists).
  • Move departmental parts and maintain an adequate supply of raw materials, corrugates, cargoes, and/or related items for production areas to keep the operation running. Return unused/excess materials to proper inventory locations and properly record the move.
  • Move finished items from production area(s) to proper inventory, and/or shipping locations, and properly record the move. Load finished items on trucks when necessary.
  • Unload raw materials and other received items from the truck, and move to the proper inventory location, or line location, and properly record the move.
