Mechanical Assembler

Qualified Staffing is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Assembler to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.

Essential Functions of the Job:

• Combine and install hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical parts with hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools.
• Secure subassemblies and parts with proper fasteners (screws, bolts, clips, etc.) with torque wrenches and other equipment.
• Install and secure large parts like engine blocks and fan housings to the chassis with hoists and alignment equipment.
• Drive equipment like drills, riveting machines, and hydraulic crimpers to aid assembly processes.
• Identify, sort, and deliver parts to assigned assembly locations; accurately record work orders and inventory transactions.
