Main Activities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform advanced repairs, replacements, and upgrades on mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Verify the effectiveness of completed repairs through follow-up inspections.
• Disassemble and assemble complex mechanical components with precision.
• Conduct routine inspections of mechanical and hydraulic equipment in accordance with maintenance schedules.
• Perform detailed failure analysis to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Review emergency repairs and analyze failures to ensure long-term reliability.
• Evaluate and recommend equipment upgrades or replacements based on performance assessments.
• Develop and implement policies for managing subassemblies.
• Carry out precise mechanical and optical alignments.
• Fabricate and install hydraulic piping and related accessories.
• Read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
• Operate welding equipment for fabrication and repair tasks.
