Pirtek is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Centre Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. The selected candidate will ensure the fleet operates at peak performance, directly contributing to safety, efficiency, and sustainability in daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the development of sales in the market segment in their Dandenong or Springvale Franchise areas.* Analyse the market segment within the territory assigned and identify existing and potential customers with potential in Pirtek Fluid Systems products and services.
  • Implement direct selling strategies, including conceptual modifications to business practices, which will generate customers from both existing and new accounts through a proactive and planned business strategy
  • Work with franchises to develop acceptable and effective levels of revenue and profits, as well as technical and promotional knowledge.
  • Make sure you complete all monthly and weekly reports by or before the due date.
  • Reach sales goals according to the guidelines of the CSR Sales Manager. CSR Sales Manager of the designated market segment and the region or territory allotted to it.
  • Make sure the records you have are kept in a safe and easily searchable way for the period of time required. This includes the most up-to-date sales opportunity pipelines and CRM.
  • Competent in CRM software, Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Key Performance Indicators.
  • Manage the sales opportunities process for Pirtek Dandenong and Springvale Franchise areas effectively, increasing revenue within existing customers, and the growth in new clients.
  • Customer Acquisition. Plan, develop, and implement new strategies to acquire customers.
  • Ability to travel for 4 days in the field (customer interaction) and one day in the offices (Administration duties) to ensure the successful completion of customer calls with scheduled visits and cold calling elements.
  • Use the account in accordance with the discount structures, as well as the relevant trading terms, and the implementation of guidelines for contracts.
  • The ability to work with Marketing and Sales Departments, including the efficient roll-out of promotional campaigns for products, and ensuring that the campaigns are executed properly.
  • Manage expectations of customers and implement the sale of services and goods that are the most sought-after or most effective solutions, achieving market dominance.
  • Ability to meet sales KPIs while keeping the primary goal of the growth of revenue and margins.
