Yancey is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Hydraulic Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. The selected candidate will ensure the fleet operates at peak performance, directly contributing to safety, efficiency, and sustainability in daily operations.

Responsibilities: 

  • 40% - Increase the growth of your revenue by establishing relations with your portfolio of customers and by prospecting and developing new accounts. Make a set number of visits to customers every week, with a pre-planned sales goal for each visit. Keep track of customer calls as well as opportunity pipelines and notes on calls within the CRM tool. Enhance internal and external relationships with customers and goodwill by addressing customer complaints as well as analyzing and presenting documentation when needed, taking and delivering components and parts, and maintaining contact with service coordinators in order to ensure prompt turnaround of repair work and other activities.
  • 40% - Conduct audits of the site, inspections, and hydraulic hose/component surveys on equipment purchased by customers. Prepare service-related plans as needed
  • 20 20% - Travelling to the stores within the territory to carry out the training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and other commercial/sales-related activities.
