Key Responsibilities May Include:

• Develop tailored, innovative solutions to meet specific customer needs and expectations.
• Serve as a key link between suppliers and customers to ensure smooth communication and support.
• Provide technical guidance and product knowledge to the sales team and customers across Ireland and the UK.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Understand and interpret customer requirements to deliver appropriate solutions.
• Advise clients on the most suitable products or services to fulfill their operational needs.
• Deliver reliable after-sales support to ensure continued customer satisfaction.
• Support Directors and other management team members with additional tasks and projects as needed.
