The summary of responsibilities may include the following:
- Develop innovative solutions for customer needs and demands.
- Act as an intermediary between suppliers and customers.
- Provide technical information to the sales team and customers throughout Ireland & UK.
- Develop new, and maintain existing, relationships with customers.
- Manage and interpret customer's needs and requirements.
- Provide technical advice to clients on products or services that best meet their needs.
- Provide after-sales applies or support services.
- Assume responsibilities from the Directors, or another member of the management team, as and when necessary.
