The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Set up CNC machines and adjust offsets as needed for production.
Interpret and work from technical blueprints with precision.
Inspect tools and parts using quality control instruments to identify defects.
Program CNC machines accurately and ensure proper operation.
Monitor and evaluate finished parts for quality using visual checks and measurement tools.
Report quality concerns to programmers and/or the General Manager promptly.
Perform daily machine checks to ensure optimal functionality.
Carry out additional tasks as assigned to support production goals.
